AMPLIFY is a bootcamp style class designed to increase your strength and vitality through unique workouts focusing on CORE, STRENGTH and CARDIO training. This 45 minute class will leave you energized utilizing high-intensity training, circuits and other varied formats for every fitness level. You will train with single and compound movements of various resistance, body weight and plyometric exercises. This 5 day per week workout will leave you ready to take on your day!
