Community Harvest Dinner

For several years, the St Paul community has hosted the Community Harvest Dinner. This is a community-wide event that all can enjoy and participate in. The proceeds from this event benefit the Johnston Partnership, locally in Johnston. The Dinner usually happens each year a couple weeks before the Thanksgiving holiday, and is a perfect way to connect with friends and family over a wonderful meal to support a wonderful organization.

What to Expect

A delicious turkey dinner--here's the menu: turkey, stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and pumpkin bars. Though usually served as an in-person dinner by volunteers at St Paul, for the past 2 years, we have adapted to a 'to-go' system, where meals are distributed via drive-up. Many donate toward meals, volunteer their time to serve, and buy dinners for themselves, friends, and family. Cost is $10 for an adult meal and $5 for a children's meal. It is an event enjoyed both by St Paul and community members alike.

Stay Tuned

Our CHD 2021 was a huge success! We are hoping to host in person for 2022. Orders are usually received during the month of October and the dinner is in early November. We receive orders via our online Signup when it's active, or you can always call the church office to place a cash or check order.

Would you like to send a 'thank you' note to our many volunteers, who cook and staff the dinner because it's the best homecooked meal you've had in a long time? Fill out the form below.
