ANNE SCHOENAUER: AMPLIFY
Anne is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 14 years experience teaching group fitness and motivating others to commit to making fitness a part of a healthy lifestyle. She has taught classes to all levels of abilities from seniors with limited mobility to active working adults trying to keep exercise a part of their busy lives and to children who have too much energy to burn. Anne shares her knowledge in fitness all the while building a community that encourages and motivates each other.
AMPLIFY is designed to increase your strength and vitality through unique workouts focusing on CORE, STRENGTH and CARDIO training. This 45 minute class will leave you energized utilizing high-intensity training, circuits and other varied formats for every fitness level. You will train with single and compound movements of various resistance, body weight and plyometric exercises. This 5 day per week workout will leave you ready to take on your day!
Classes are Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday & Friday at 5:15 - 6:00am.
BRANDY YOUNG: HOLY YOGA & GENTLE YOGA
Brandy is a wife, stepmom, mentor, friend, and a Christ follower who was radically changed by His grace. She has a passion for writing, speaking, coffee, adventure, agriculture and Holy Yoga – anything that helps draw others to the Lord. She lives and promotes an active lifestyle with a spirit of adventure, which includes running, kayaking, hiking, missions and yoga. She is excited to offer an experiential worship experience through Holy Yoga. She currently lives in Ankeny and enjoys spending time with her husband and three step-kids (one in college and twins who are seniors at Centennial)
Holy Yoga is offered on Thursdays @ 5:30pm.
Gentle Yoga is offered on Thursdays @ 8:45am
Chair Yoga is offered on Thursdays @ 9:45am.
CARI JONES: Active and Fit
Cari grew up as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, with her co-ed squad winning the national championship. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Consumer Food Science and an Associates degree in Nutrition. Cari continues to coach gymnastics, tumbling and cheer; and she's been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for almost 20 years. In 2013 Cari left a full time wellness and group fitness director position for a Fortune 500 Company so that she could branch out on her own.
Cari enjoys running for the fresh air and to clear her mind. Because she loves it so much she tends to sign up for charity races and events as well. Cari has run two half marathons to push friends and clients along the way! Cari also enjoys popping into a group fitness class when she can to allow someone else to challenge her.
Cari loves to train for and compete in fitness competitions so that she can continue her love for tumbling and spread fitness joy. Cari won her first competition as Ms. Fitness Missouri in 2009, and competed in Reno for Ms. Fitness USA that same year. After taking a year off to help her mother battle cancer, she went back to defend her title in 2011 and compete in her mother's memory. Cari also went on to win Fitness titles in Chicago, St. Louis, and placed in the top 5 in Fitness America in Las Vegas. Cari hopes to compete again soon to make her mom proud!

NOELLE ROTHFUS: Pilates
A love for dance and movement has always been a part of Noelle's life. Noelle has completed Stott Pilates essential and Intermediate mat training, is certified in Pilates mat through NETA, also is certified in YogaBodyBootcamp training and is excited to share her love of health and fitness through Pilates mat and barre classes. When not teaching, Noelle enjoys taking yoga, cardio or dance classes, relaxing with a book and music, or pursuing her love of coffee!
