Building Rental Guides

St Paul has a handful or rooms, an Activity Center, Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary that can all be rented out to the community. We price all facilities individually with a few that have combo prices listed at the bottom.  
Please email the Office and Lisa will get back to you on availability of date(s) you need the space.  [email protected] or call her at 515.276.2818 and she will get back to you that week. 

Payment of the Rooms will be due no later than 1 week after the event.  We have a lock box inside the gym where checks can be placed or a QR code that leads you to our Zeffy account so you can pay with cards (this can be done over the phone as well).  

For any damages, excess mess you will be contacts within a few days of you event to review.

Room Rentals:

Rental of the Family Activity Center - our Gym
$40 for full use, $25 for half court
All nets are available: soccer, pickleball and basketball nets. We supply pickleballs but no paddles.  If you need special set up such as tables and chairs, this would be worked out with the office. 

Fellowship Hall $40/hour
Our general set up of this hall is round 8 inch tables and chairs. We typically have two 8 foot tables along the west all. There are also tables and chairs available upon request.

Sanctuary $40/hour
This area is filled with padded pews and a "stage" along the east end.  On the stage is a grand piano that is used for recital purposes.  These are included in the rental fee.  The room is a very live room but if you were to need technology such as microphones and a projector an additional charge would apply.

Kitchen $40/hour
This is your standard church kitchen set up. Various dishes and serving ware, oven, microwave and fridge (no freezer).  

Rentals of Individual Classrooms: $25/hour

• North Room - set up with long tables and chairs
• Fireside Room - set up like a study, with bigger comfier chairs and coffee tables
• 2 Sunday School Classrooms - 1 table per with chairs
• Youth Room - one half has couches and comfy chairs, the back half is opened

Combo Room Rentals

• Gym + Fellowship Hall - $70/hour
• Sanctuary + Fellowship Hall - $70/hour
• Gym + Fellowship Hall + Kitchen - $100/hour
