ACTIVE AND FIT
This fitness class is perfect for everyone! All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this group exercise class. In our customized class setting you can receive modifications or assistance when needed, and are encouraged to work at your own speed and level while working out with others in a fun atmosphere. Each class focuses on aerobic, balance, core and strength training. This class is currently offered in person.

- Class meets Mondays and Thursdays @ 8:30 AM - 9:15 AM.
- Cost is $60 for this session starting January 8th through March 7th.
