As always, our top priority, is the health and safety of everyone. You will be able to play in TWO ways at St Paul.

Cost is $4.00 per person per session.
Please follow the guidelines listed below during the Open Pickleball Play.
RENTAL OPTION
1. We offer a rental option. This allows you to control who you play with and gives you more scheduling flexibility. To set up a rental time, follow these procedures.

- Monday @ 9:30AM-noon PM
- Tuesday @ 10:45 AM - 12:45 PM, 6 PM-8pm
- Wednesday @ 9AM - 11:30 AM & 1PM - 3PM
- Friday @ 9AM-11:30AM & 1PM-3PM
- Sunday @ 11AM-1PM

- This is a suggested donation amount. Pay as you are able.

RENTAL OPTION
1. We offer a rental option. This allows you to control who you play with and gives you more scheduling flexibility. To set up a rental time, follow these procedures.
- 1.5 hour sessions are currently being offered.
- Rates are $20 for 1 court (up to 6 people) or $35 for 2 courts (up to 10 people).
- If one group rents 1 court for 1.5 hours, please be advised that the other court could/can be rented for a second group of 6 for a second court at the same time. We will always schedule at least 15 minutes between groups.
- To schedule your session, please check the calendar. Then call the church office at 515-276-2818 (Tuesday-Friday 8:30am to 1 PM) or email [email protected] to schedule your time. You can schedule for one or multiple time slots.
- Reservations can be made, altered, or cancelled while the Office is OPEN. Please keep in mind that if you contact the Office outside of business hours, you may not be able to make/change/cancel a reservation until it opens again.
GUIDELINES
The person who schedules the time will be the person "in charge" of making sure the following checklist is being adhered to during the time of rental agreement:
- Collect money from players, put the payment in one of the envelopes provided, label with name and amount, seal it, and place in the payment box on the wall inside of the gym doors. Please make sure to write your name and amount on the envelope.
- Nets and balls are provided. Please bring your own paddles. You can store your belongings on the shelves along the wall, but do not leave any equipment in the gym. St Paul is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- DO NOT wear black-soled shoes. Please wear indoor shoes only. This prevents scuffing on the gym floor.
- Do not enter any other areas of the building. Please only access the gym. The storage room in the gym is for STAFF USE ONLY. DO NOT adjust the thermostat.
- A water-fountain with water-bottle fill-up is located straight ahead through the main doors of the gym.
- After play is completed, spray and mop the floor. There is a 3-gallon sprayer in the gym with disinfectant. Replace the dirty mop pad with a clean mop pad and place the dirty one in the laundry basket.
- Everyone must fill out a new participant waiver, which can be found here or in the Family Activity Center.
- Report any misuse of the facility to the Office Coordinator.
Failure to follow the above guidelines may result in discontinued use of the facility.
