St Paul is excited to sponsor “Body and Spirit” Fitness! God has blessed us with our Family Activity Center, a spacious and modern gymnasium complete with showers, and we are sharing it with the church and community by offering affordable fitness opportunities taught by qualified, professional instructors. Our goal is not simply to offer classes, but to form caring communities of spiritual encouragement, recognizing that we are on a journey to wholeness with one another and God!
